Scene I Trivandrum International Seaport 

The ever busy Trivandrum International Seaport (TIS)

Two ULCS/Megamax-24  Container ships are now in the harbour 

One from Evergreen and other is Maersk stable ..

Both were  fully loaded on arrival and now brisk works are underway to unload .The panorama of huge cranes at work dotting the skyline for about 3 Km is a modern wonder and sometimes looks like a giant abstract art work .

The majestic Arabian Sea expanding out to the horizon from the margin of the verdant greenery that is Kerala is a greatly delightful tapestry for anybody flying over . Its another World of elegance with beautiful nature , great ambience and World class facilities that has come to rival the big nemeses like Singapore , Dubai and Colombo in a short span of a decade . That was the Decade of “Vizhinjam” the roaring new Princess  of Arabian Sea!

As the sun rises over the shimmering waters of the Arabian Sea, casting a golden hue across the horizon, the Trivandrum International Seaport (TIS) awakens to another bustling day of activity. Two colossal ULCS/Megamax-24 Container ships, their hulls gleaming in the morning light, stand tall at the harbor, a testament to modern maritime engineering. One bears the iconic insignia of Evergreen, while the other proudly displays the name of Maersk, giants of the shipping industry. Fully laden with cargo from distant shores, they now await the skilled hands of port workers to begin the meticulous process of unloading their precious cargo.

As if choreographed by some unseen maestro, towering cranes sway gracefully in the breeze, their metallic arms reaching skyward like the outstretched limbs of dancers. Against the backdrop of the rising sun, they form a mesmerizing tableau, a symphony of motion and industry that stretches across the skyline for kilometers on end. To the casual observer, it is a sight to behold, a modern wonder of abstract art sculpted from steel and machinery.

Below, on the bustling docks, teams of workers move with purpose and precision, orchestrating the delicate ballet of cargo handling with practiced expertise. Forklifts dart to and fro like busy ants, transporting containers of all shapes and sizes with effortless efficiency. Supervisors bark orders over crackling radios, ensuring that each piece of cargo is handled with care and dispatched to its designated destination without delay.
